Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Tables and chairs are delivered curbside and stacked for your convenience. Our crew typically doesn’t set them up to keep on schedule, and we kindly ask that they are stacked in the same way for pickup. If you’d like us to handle the setup and breakdown, please let us know in advance, and we can arrange it for an additional 50 cents per table or chair.
You’ll be responsible for making sure there are enough working power outlets within 50 feet of your setup area. For most bounce houses, one standard wall outlet should be sufficient.
We secure most equipment by driving stakes into the ground. In accordance with state laws, someone from the state may come to your property to mark underground utilities. We are not responsible for any damage to sprinkler systems due to staking, so if you have a sprinkler system, please let us know where to avoid placing stakes.
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
To make sure your rentals fit perfectly, please take a moment to measure your setup area in advance. We can’t be responsible if there isn’t enough room once we arrive.
Please make sure your grass is cut no later than the day before our scheduled setup, preferably 2 days before the event date.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days prior to your event to help ensure no delays in delivery.
There’s a $1 deposit for all rentals. If you cancel for any reason, there’s a $50 cancellation fee.
No, you can only use one coupon or deal per transaction. You’re welcome to choose whichever one you feel gives you the most benefit for your purchase.
A full refund of your deposit is only issued if you cancel due to rain or inclement weather conditions before delivery. You must cancel by 8 AM on the rental date for a weather-related refund. If the equipment is delivered and accepted, or you cancel for any other reason, you won’t receive a refund.
If the equipment malfunctions or is inoperable, you must notify the company immediately to give them a chance to correct the problem. If you don’t, no refund will be issued.
If the company cancels or picks up the equipment early due to severe weather, you’ll be able to reschedule your rental on another day within 30 days.
Concession equipment should be returned clean. If you prefer, we can clean it for you for a $50 cleaning fee.
If your event is at a park or forest preserve, you are responsible for securing the necessary permits and a certificate of insurance. Most parks require a general permit and a special use permit for items like inflatables, generators, and tents. Please verify these requirements with the park and confirm that we are permitted to use stakes to secure the equipment into the ground. As a courtesy, we’ll deliver your generator rental with a full tank of gas. We kindly ask that you check the gas level every hour during your rental and add more gas if needed to ensure continuous operation.
To ensure the safety of the equipment and avoid potential liability, we kindly ask that the rental equipment not be left unattended at any time. This includes situations where your event is at a park; you’ll need to remain at the park until we’ve picked up the equipment. Please be aware that if the equipment is left unsupervised, you will be liable for any theft or damage, and any applicable damage waiver will be void.
